The Pouch Guarantee
"When Pouch does not perform as agreed, I do not pay for the service provided. It's as simple as that!"*
Pouch Records Management agrees to provide First Class customer service to our clients. If we do not live up to the terms of your agreement while you are a client at Pouch Records, you do not pay for those services.
This guarantee only applies to clients in good standing whose storage and other service charges are current and paid in full.
*Subject of course to events beyond the control of Pouch.
